Waiter – Luxury Hotel Service

About the role

The Waiter will join the Food & Beverage team at Anantara Hotels, Resorts & Spas in Abu Dhabi, delivering attentive service in a luxury hotel environment. You will work closely with colleagues across departments to ensure smooth operations and memorable guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt and courteous service to guests, answering questions about hotel facilities and menus.
• Operate Point‑of‑Sale equipment accurately and follow all related procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of service stations, trays, and dish areas, including breaking down trays and restocking condiments.
• Adhere to hotel policies, SOPs, safety guidelines, and personal grooming standards.
• Collaborate with supervisors and managers on any reasonable work‑related requests to achieve complete guest satisfaction.
• Participate in training sessions to continuously improve professional skills.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in food & beverage or restaurant operations (minimum 1 month).
• Passion for excellent service and ability to work as a team player.
• Fluent English communication skills.
