About the role

As a Waiter at Nobu by the Beach, you will deliver fine‑dining service in an outdoor Japanese‑Peruvian restaurant, ensuring guests receive exceptional courtesy and attention.

Key responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on support to colleagues and maintain the highest standards of fine‑dining service.
• Be fully knowledgeable of the food and beverage menu and all promotional activities.
• Monitor consistency of dishes and beverages, escalating any major issues or complaints to management.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in a fine‑dining restaurant with a proven track record.
• Excellent communication skills, team‑player attitude and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Comfortable working in hot and humid outdoor conditions and serving a diverse clientele.
