Waiter / Waitress - All Day Dining

About the role

Mövenpick Resort Al Marjan Island, a 5-star resort in Ras Al Khaimah, is looking for a dynamic, energetic and service-oriented Waiter/Waitress for its busy All Day Dining Restaurant. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced environment and delivers exceptional dining experiences with high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests in a professional, friendly and courteous manner
• Take guest orders accurately and pass them on to the kitchen and bar teams
• Serve food and beverages promptly according to service standards
• Keep tables properly set, cleaned and maintained throughout service
• Handle guest inquiries, special requests and complaints, escalating concerns when needed
• Know menu items, promotions, allergens and outlet operations
• Process guest bills and payments accurately
• Support colleagues during peak meal periods
• Follow hygiene, food safety and health and safety standards
• Help with opening and closing duties

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in All-Day Dining operations
• Ability to focus on guest needs and stay calm and courteous
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Team player who works collaboratively
