About the role
Join the Food & Beverage team at One&Only Royal Mirage Hotel in Dubai, delivering high‑quality, fast, and reliable service to guests in a luxury resort environment.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests, take orders, check for food allergies and explain menus.
- Verify age restrictions for alcohol, suggest suitable food substitutes, and relay accurate orders to the kitchen.
- Maintain service standards, work flexible hours and be on‑call as needed.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role at a luxury resort or five‑star hotel.
- Strong knowledge of Levantine cuisine, presentable, dedicated team player with excellent spoken and written English.
- Ability to adapt to a multicultural environment and build good working relationships.
Required skills
- Knowledge of Levantine cuisine.
- Excellent English communication.
