About the role
Join the Hotels team at The Mangroves Abu and deliver memorable dining experiences for guests throughout the day.
Key responsibilities
- Delight guests with an upbeat, friendly attitude and proactively enhance their meal experience.
- Master the menu, promotions, and specials to confidently answer guest questions.
- Take food and beverage orders, enter them into the POS system, and deliver orders promptly with attention to detail.
- Maintain a fully stocked, clean, and organized food service station.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations.
