About the role
Join the hotel team to brighten guests' days by delivering memorable food and beverage service in an all‑day dining setting.
Key responsibilities
- Provide upbeat, friendly service and look for ways to enhance each guest’s meal experience.
- Learn menu details, promotions and specials to answer guest questions confidently.
- Take orders, enter them into the POS system and deliver food and drinks promptly with attention to detail.
- Keep the service station fully stocked, clean and organized.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol regulations.
