Waiter/Waitress - All Day Dining

About the role

Mövenpick Resort Al Marjan Island, a 5-star resort in Ras Al Khaimah, is looking for a dynamic, energetic and service-oriented Waiter/Waitress for its busy All Day Dining Restaurant. The role suits someone passionate about hospitality who can deliver excellent dining experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests professionally, friendly and courteously
• Take guest orders accurately and pass them clearly to the kitchen and bar teams
• Serve food and drinks promptly according to service standards
• Keep tables properly set, cleaned and maintained during service
• Handle guest inquiries, special requests and complaints, escalating concerns when needed
• Know the menu, promotions, allergens and outlet operations
• Process guest bills and payments accurately
• Support colleagues during peak meal periods
• Follow hygiene, food safety and health and safety standards
• Help with opening and closing duties

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in All-Day Dining operations
• Ability to stay focused on guest needs, calm and courteous at all times
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
