About the role
Mileo, The Palm is looking for friendly and professional wait staff to join its restaurant team in Dubai. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers, hand out menus and take meal and beverage orders.
- Enter orders into the kitchen system and make menu recommendations, including daily specials.
- Deliver meals and drinks to tables, check guest satisfaction, and handle billing requests.
- Prepare and present the bill, process payments, and provide correct change.
- Maintain a clean and organized service area while standing and walking for long periods.
Required profile
- Endurance to walk and stand for long hours.
- Flexible work hours and ability to stay calm with difficult customers.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and coordination to carry plates or trays without dropping.
