About the role
As a Waiter/Waitress at Farriers Restaurant in The Meydan Hotel, you will be part of the front‑of‑house team delivering exceptional service to guests enjoying the iconic Meydan Racecourse setting.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, present menus, take accurate orders and ensure correct entry into the ordering system.
- Serve food and beverages professionally, following hotel standards and the correct sequence of service.
- Handle payments and guest charges with accuracy and integrity.
- Maintain cleanliness, set up tables and bars, and perform opening and closing procedures.
- Address dietary or allergy requirements and communicate them to kitchen staff.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a similar hospitality role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and demonstrate a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
