About the role

As a Waiter/Waitress you will be the front‑line of the dining experience, greeting guests, presenting the menu and ensuring each visit is pleasant and memorable. You will work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to deliver prompt, accurate service while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, escort them to their tables and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Present the menu, explain dishes, recommend items based on guest preferences and dietary needs.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately, noting any special requests or restrictions.
• Serve meals and drinks promptly, adhering to the restaurant’s service standards.
• Maintain clean and organized tables and dining areas throughout service.
• Present checks, process payments efficiently and handle guest inquiries about the menu.
