About the role
Join Mama Shelter Dubai, part of the Accor group, as a Waiter/Waitress and help create memorable dining experiences for guests. You will be the face of the restaurant, delivering friendly service and ensuring every meal feels special.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests with a warm smile and guide them through the menu, offering recommendations and upselling where appropriate.
- Serve food and beverages accurately and promptly, maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Anticipate guest needs, handle special requests, and ensure a clean, tidy dining environment.
- Collaborate with team members to keep service flowing smoothly, especially during busy periods.
