Waiter/Waitress – Guest Service at 5‑Star Hotel

About the role

The Waiter/Waitress will deliver safe and enjoyable beach‑side dining experiences for guests of a 5‑star Accor hotel in the UAE. You will respond promptly to guest requests, maintain service standards and ensure the beach area is clean and well‑presented.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests courteously on arrival and thank them on departure while adhering to company grooming standards.
• Take and fulfil guest orders, addressing needs and complaints in a timely, professional manner.
• Set up and maintain beach stations with sunbeds, umbrellas and fresh towels, and pack away equipment each evening.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety of the beach area, reporting any hazards or suspicious occurrences immediately.
• Follow all hotel policies, service standards and procedural guidelines.
• Communicate guest feedback and complaints to senior staff.
• Attend mandatory meetings and perform additional tasks as directed.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality.
• 1–3 years experience in a 4‑ to 5‑star hotel environment.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Currently residing in the UAE and able to join immediately.
• Creative, passionate about food service and customer satisfaction.
