About the role
Join the Guest Service team at The St. Regis Downtown Dubai and help create memorable dining experiences. You will be on your feet delivering attentive service, from setting tables to ensuring guests enjoy every moment of their meal.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and arrange tables, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Communicate orders and special requests with the kitchen staff.
- Interact with guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and respond to their needs.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and supplies throughout the shift.
- Manage the menu by reading and verifying information, and handle physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb unaided and 50 lb with assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related experience; no supervisory experience required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods on varied surfaces.
- Physical capability to lift, carry, push, pull and place objects as described.
