About the role
The Guest Service Support Expert creates memorable dining experiences by delivering attentive food and beverage service. You will work closely with the kitchen and front‑of‑house teams to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Set tables, replenish supplies, and maintain clean work areas throughout the dining floor.
- Assist the kitchen by delivering orders, verifying menu items, and supporting food preparation as needed.
- Handle physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb unaided (50 lb with assistance), reaching overhead, and moving on varied surfaces.
- Interact with guests professionally, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior experience required; previous food‑and‑beverage experience is a plus.
- No supervisory experience or specific licenses needed.
