About the role
Join Mama Shelter Dubai as a Waiter/Waitress and bring your passion for hospitality to life. You will be the face of the restaurant, creating memorable dining moments for every guest while working in a vibrant, urban hotel environment.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests with a warm smile, set a positive tone, and act as an ambassador of good vibes.
- Know the menu thoroughly, answer questions, make recommendations and upsell where appropriate.
- Serve food and beverages accurately, quickly and with style, ensuring each guest feels pampered.
- Anticipate guest needs, maintain clean tables and utensils, and keep the dining area tidy.
- Handle high‑pressure situations calmly, collaborate with team members and contribute to a smooth service flow.
Required profile
- Thrives under pressure and can maintain high standards during busy service periods.
- Demonstrates integrity, honesty and a strong work ethic.
- Attention to detail – ensures orders are correct and the environment is spotless.
- Team‑player mindset, willing to support colleagues and create a family‑like atmosphere.
