About the role

Join the Food & Beverage team at One&Only The Palm, a boutique beachfront resort on Palm Island. As a Waiter/Waitress you will create a warm, welcoming atmosphere and deliver a seamless, memorable dining experience for guests in a chic yet relaxed setting.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a friendly and memorable dining experience.
• Prepare and maintain your service station, ensuring all mise‑en‑place is ready before service begins.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve according to the resort’s service standards.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and service team to deliver orders promptly.
• Support special events and private dining arrangements.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the restaurant and service areas.

• Professional appearance and demeanor that reflects the resort’s standards.
• Strong hospitality mindset with a focus on personalized guest service.
• Excellent product knowledge of food and beverage offerings, including daily specials.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, high‑standards environment.
