Waiter/Waitress – Ultra-Luxury Hotel Pre-Opening

About the role

An ultra-luxury hotel in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, is hiring a waiter/waitress for its pre-opening phase. You will deliver personalized dining experiences according to ultra-luxury hospitality standards and brand guidelines, managing your own service station from greeting to farewell.

Key responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages professionally, elegantly and on time, with correct presentation, temperature and sequence
• Anticipate guest needs and offer discreet, proactive service; build rapport with guests and recognize repeat and VIP guests
• Process orders accurately using the POS system and handle guest inquiries and service recovery
• Maintain strict hygiene, food safety and HACCP standards in line with UAE regulations
• Upsell premium food and beverage items and collaborate with kitchen, bar and service teams
• Maintain cleanliness of service areas and equipment, and mentor F&B attendants and junior staff

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a waiter in a 5-star hotel or fine-dining restaurant
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong knowledge of international service standards and luxury etiquette
• Confident English; additional languages are an advantage
• Well-groomed appearance and ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced luxury environment
