Warehouse Operations Manager

About the role
Lead the strategic and daily operations of noon's fulfillment centers, ensuring safety, quality, and high‑speed productivity to meet the promise of delivering to every door every day.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee facility workflow from inbound receiving to hyper‑local outbound dispatch.
- Analyze real‑time performance data to optimize labor deployment and meet delivery targets.
- Drive large‑scale process improvement initiatives to scale operations.
- Lead Assistant Managers and Warehouse Associates, ensuring training, equipment, and performance standards.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in high‑volume retail, e‑commerce or logistics with a focus on performance metrics and process improvement.
- Proven direct management experience, including employee performance responsibility.
- Flexibility to work weekends and/or overnight shifts.
Required skills
- Lean methodologies (Six Sigma, Kaizen).
- Performance metrics definition and implementation.
- Strong analytical capability to interpret complex data.
