Warehouse Picker – Automotive Spare Parts

About the role

We are seeking a Warehouse Picker to join our automotive spare‑parts warehouse. The role involves selecting, packing and preparing parts for delivery while maintaining high accuracy and adhering to safety standards in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Pick, pack and prepare automotive spare parts and accessories for shipment with minimal errors.
• Place sorted parts into designated bin locations and maintain orderly storage.
• Follow special instructions for individual customer orders.
• Participate in 5S storage maintenance activities to improve bin efficiency.
• Support physical inventory counts and stock verification.
• Handle parts, tools and equipment carefully to avoid damage.
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe and organized.

Required profile

• Ability to follow written instructions and documented procedures.
• Basic English reading, writing and communication skills.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, overtime and night hours if required.
• Strong teamwork and cooperation skills.
• Physically fit to stand, walk for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to recognize part numbers and alphanumeric codes.
• Ability to multitask and work independently with limited supervision.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
