Warehouse Supervisor (Dubai)

About the role

The Warehouse Supervisor will lead daily warehouse operations in a fast‑paced logistics environment in Dubai. The role involves managing staff, overseeing inventory flow, and ensuring safe and efficient handling of goods.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities and staff performance.
• Assign duties and shifts to assistants, helpers, pickers, and drivers.
• Monitor receiving, unloading, checking, storing, picking, packing, and dispatch processes.
• Ensure inventory is accurately recorded and stored in designated locations.
• Maintain precise stock records and investigate any discrepancies.
• Conduct regular stock counts and support periodic inventory audits.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
• 3–5 years of warehouse experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse and inventory management procedures.
• Experience with inventory management systems or ERP software.
• Ability to prepare warehouse reports and maintain accurate records.
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety procedures.
• UAE warehouse experience is an advantage.
