Warehouse Team Leader

About the role

GMG is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to oversee daily dark‑store operations in a fast‑paced quick‑commerce environment. The role focuses on ensuring efficient order fulfilment, accurate inventory, and timely picking and packing.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage warehouse associates to maintain smooth day‑to‑day dark‑store operations.
• Monitor order picking, packing and dispatch to meet quick‑commerce delivery timelines.
• Ensure accurate inventory management, stock replenishment and proper storage of goods.
• Allocate tasks, manage shift activities and drive optimal team productivity.
• Coordinate with delivery and operations teams to guarantee timely order handover.

Required profile

• Previous experience in dark‑store operations or quick commerce.
• Proven experience managing a team in a fast‑paced warehouse or fulfilment environment.
• Ability to handle high order volumes while maintaining accuracy and productivity.
• Strong communication, leadership and problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
