Warehouse Team Leader

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Warehouse Team Leader to oversee daily warehouse operations, lead a team, and ensure operational efficiency, product quality, and inventory accuracy within the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and guide warehouse team members to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.
• Allocate tasks, coordinate workloads, and ensure effective utilisation of manpower and resources.
• Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and implement improvement measures to achieve operational targets.
• Ensure the quality and condition of incoming and outgoing goods meet company standards.
• Supervise loading and off‑loading activities to prevent product damage, discrepancies, and trade returns.
• Verify delivery invoices are returned signed on the same day and confirm quantities and condition of returned goods.
• Coordinate weekly cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Collaborate with Warehouse, Customer Service, Commercial, Audit, Transport, and Sales teams to resolve operational issues.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of warehouse operations experience in the UAE with progressive leadership responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and quality standards.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a warehouse team.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on operational efficiency, stock accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
