Wealth & Investments Lead

About the role

Join a fast‑growing, AI‑enabled financial services organisation in the UAE as the Wealth & Investments Lead. You will shape the wealth and investment proposition for retail and affluent clients from day one, reporting to the Director of Retail Products.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the wealth strategy, business plan and product roadmap aligned with retail growth ambitions.
• Lead the full product lifecycle – from market assessment and design to launch, performance management and continuous enhancement.
• Develop a differentiated wealth proposition across multiple client segments, products and investment solutions.
• Oversee investment offerings including managed portfolios, funds, ETFs, structured products, alternative investments and advisory services.
• Establish robust product governance frameworks covering due diligence, suitability, target market definition and lifecycle management.
• Build scalable operating models, digital capabilities and AI‑enabled processes to improve efficiency and customer outcomes.
• Drive commercial performance through portfolio growth, AUM, client acquisition, fee income and profitability.
• Recruit, lead and develop a high‑performing wealth and investments team and manage key external partnerships.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in wealth management, investments or investment product management within banking or financial services.
• Proven track record of leading wealth and investment teams and launching regulated wealth propositions.
• Deep expertise in investment products, product governance, regulatory requirements and client suitability frameworks.
• Commercially astute with experience managing growth initiatives, pricing strategies and revenue targets.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leadership across risk, compliance, technology and operations.

Required skills

• Experience with AI‑enabled investment tools, advanced analytics or digital wealth platforms (advantageous).
• Strong knowledge of product governance, regulatory compliance and suitability frameworks.
