About the role

A recruitment consultancy is looking for a dynamic, client-focused Wealth Manager to join its growing team in the UAE. The ideal candidate has experience in financial services, strong relationship management skills and the ability to identify client needs and recommend suitable financial solutions. The role suits someone who is sales-driven, confident with clients and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Understand client financial goals and recommend suitable wealth or investment solutions
• Support business development and contribute to revenue generation
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell financial products and services
• Monitor market trends and stay informed on relevant financial products
• Maintain accurate client records and follow internal compliance processes
• Prepare and present proposals, reports and client updates as required
• Work with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics or a related field
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in wealth management, financial services, relationship management or sales
• Proven ability to manage clients and generate business
• Fluent in English and Hindi; UAE driving licence preferred
• Immediate availability preferred
• Preferred: experience with high-net-worth or affluent clients, good knowledge of the UAE financial services market, and a professional, client-facing personality
