Wellness Concierge - SIRO One Za'abeel

About the role

SIRO One Za'abeel, a Kerzner International brand focused on fitness, recovery and wellness, is hiring a Wellness Concierge. The role sits at the intersection of Concierge and Front Office guest services and guides guests through the hotel's fitness, recovery and wellness facilities. It suits an energetic, service-oriented person with strong local knowledge and a genuine interest in fitness and well-being.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests and handle arrivals, departures, luggage, transportation and general Front Office support
• Recommend dining, entertainment, shopping, activities and local experiences
• Explain fitness and recovery lab facilities, programs, classes and operating procedures
• Arrange reservations, tickets, experiences and other guest requests
• Coordinate with trainers, coaches and therapists to match guests with services, and track facility capacity and bookings
• Act as a single point of contact across Front Office, Fitness, Spa, Recovery and hotel experiences, following up on requests and recording guest preferences
• Promote hotel, fitness and wellness experiences and support revenue and conversion targets with authentic, personalized upselling

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Tourism, Fitness, Wellness or a related field preferred
• 2-4 years of experience in Concierge, Guest Relations, Front Office, Spa, Fitness, Wellness or luxury hospitality; luxury or lifestyle hotel experience highly desirable
• Knowledge or experience in fitness, wellness, recovery, spa or performance environments strongly preferred
• English proficiency required; additional languages are an advantage
