Account Executive – Healthcare Data Intelligence

About the role

The Account Executive will own the full sales cycle for healthcare data intelligence solutions across the UAE and surrounding regions. This hands‑on hunter role focuses on outbound prospecting, pipeline generation and closing subscription‑based contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn campaigns and networking events.
• Qualify prospects using the BANT framework, conduct discovery calls and align solutions to client needs.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations, negotiate commercial terms and close deals to meet quarterly revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, manage pipeline stages in Salesforce and collaborate with Marketing, subject‑matter experts and the Deals Desk.
• Represent the company at industry events and build a professional LinkedIn presence to enhance brand visibility.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in SaaS, data/intelligence or healthcare sectors.
• Proven track record of outbound prospecting and quota attainment.
• Strong consultative selling approach with ability to engage C‑level decision makers.
• Self‑motivated, resilient and comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM platforms; Salesforce experience is a plus.
