Account Executive – Insurance Solutions

About the role

The Account Executive will manage client relationships for Willis Towers Watson in Dubai, understanding business needs and delivering tailored insurance solutions. The role involves negotiating claims, ensuring compliance, and supporting service delivery to retain and grow the portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Identify primary budget holders and decision‑makers, establishing and maintaining active relationships.
• Provide technical and industry expertise to determine appropriate solutions, pricing and placement strategies.
• Grow the existing portfolio by uncovering new opportunities within current accounts.
• Negotiate optimal claims resolution with the market and clients, producing collection documents and managing fund flows.
• Ensure compliant processing of contracts in line with FCA and contract certainty requirements.
• Deliver high levels of client service according to standard operating procedures and develop proposals to maximise retention.
• Prepare client and prospect presentations, supporting underwriters in London and international markets.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in the Marine Hull insurance market.
• Degree‑level education or equivalent industry experience.
• Professional qualifications such as ACII or similar are preferred.
