Account Manager – Chinese Language

About the role

As an Account Manager at ARRISE Live, you will manage a portfolio of iGaming clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long‑term partnerships. You will act as the main liaison, supporting onboarding, integrations, and product launches while contributing to revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong, lasting relationships.
• Guide clients through onboarding, integrations, and product launches.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver timely solutions and meet client expectations.
• Collect and share promotions from providers with clients.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities.
• Provide regular KPI updates and reports to clients and management.
• Monitor the iGaming market and advise clients on relevant opportunities.
• Resolve client issues quickly to maintain service excellence.
• Participate in industry events and client meetings as required.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in Account Management, Business Development, or Customer Success within the iGaming industry.
• Proven track record of building client relationships and driving account growth.
• Fluent in Chinese and English, both spoken and written.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business events.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with CRM or project management tools (preferred).
