About the role
The Account Manager will serve as the strategic and operational lead for client accounts, ensuring strong stakeholder management, seamless communication and overall client satisfaction across global and regional workstreams.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the day‑to‑day strategic contact for client stakeholders, building and maintaining strong relationships across headquarters, regional and local teams.
- Support governance, stakeholder alignment and client communication across all campaigns and operational streams.
- Oversee campaign planning, operational alignment and delivery priorities, ensuring teams meet timelines and client expectations.
- Identify growth opportunities, support new scope conversations and position the agency as a strategic production and creative partner.
- Clarify scope, flag out‑of‑scope requests and align operational requirements with commercial agreements.
- Participate in governance meetings, coordinate reporting and maintain visibility on campaign progress and escalations.
Required profile
- Strong client servicing and stakeholder management experience.
- Experience managing complex regional or global accounts.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and workstreams simultaneously.
- Background in production, adaptation or integrated campaigns.
- Deep understanding of operational workflows and campaign delivery.
- Comfort operating in high‑pressure, fast‑paced environments.
- Proven problem‑solving and escalation management capabilities.
- Experience coordinating across multiple markets and regions.
- Strong collaboration and leadership abilities.
