Account Manager

About the role

JAGGAER is seeking a proactive, commercially driven Account Manager to manage and grow existing enterprise customer relationships across the Middle East, ensuring customers realize measurable value from its Source-to-Pay solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of enterprise customers, building strategic account plans focused on retention and revenue growth.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities, lead commercial discussions, contract negotiations, renewals and expansions.
• Build relationships with senior Procurement, Finance, IT and Supply Chain stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Success, Solution Consulting, Professional Services, Product Management, Support) to address challenges and support commercial outcomes.

Required profile

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in B2B enterprise software sales or account management, preferably SaaS.
• Proven record of growing existing customer accounts through upselling, cross‑selling and renewals.
• Experience managing enterprise customers and building relationships with senior decision‑makers.
• Strong commercial negotiation, account planning and relationship management skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic knowledge is a plus.
• Based in Dubai with willingness to travel across the Middle East.

Required skills

• Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM.
