Account Manager - Marketing

About the role

HelixAgency Helix is seeking an Account Manager – Marketing to act as the primary day‑to‑day contact for a portfolio of government, semi‑government and private sector clients across the UAE and GCC. You will translate client goals into clear briefs for creative, content and media teams and ensure delivery on time and to high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Own the day‑to‑day relationship across a portfolio of client accounts.
• Lead briefings, translating client objectives into actionable briefs for creative, content and media.
• Run kick‑off and status meetings to keep clients and internal teams aligned.
• Manage timelines, deliverables and client approvals using tools such as Sprout Social and ClickUp.
• Prepare and present monthly performance reports with insights and next steps.
• Monitor scope and budgets, flag out‑of‑scope requests and raise change orders.
• Identify growth opportunities and support renewals.
• Maintain organized contact reports, status trackers and handover notes.

Required profile

• 3+ years of account management experience in a creative, digital or social media agency in the UAE or GCC.
• Proven ability to manage multiple clients and senior stakeholders simultaneously.
• Solid understanding of social media, content production, paid social and campaign metrics.
• Excellent written and spoken English with confident presentation skills.
• Strong organisation and time‑management skills, comfortable with tight deadlines.
• Working knowledge of project‑management and social‑publishing tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Sprout Social.
• Proficiency with ClickUp.
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite.
