Senior Marketing Manager – HR Tech Abu Dhabi

About the role

ArcArc is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead the launch of HR Tech Abu Dhabi, a new event that will bring together senior HR, People, Talent and Technology leaders with innovators shaping the future of work.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the launch marketing strategy, owning day‑to‑day execution across email, social, PPC, paid social, digital advertising, content and database marketing.
• Drive delegate registrations, meet volume and revenue targets, and generate high‑quality marketing qualified leads for the commercial team.
• Create compelling messaging and campaign content that highlights the event proposition, speakers and networking opportunities.
• Build partnerships and cross‑promotional opportunities with relevant HR, technology and professional organisations across the UAE and GCC.
• Monitor campaign performance, optimise based on data, and report registrations, leads and spend against targets.

Required profile

• At least 4 years of experience in events or B2B marketing within the UAE or wider Middle East.
• Commercially minded with a proven ability to drive registrations, leads and revenue.
• Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple campaigns in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Digital marketing, email marketing, social media and paid media execution.
• Marketing automation and CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.
• Strong analytical skills to measure performance and optimise campaigns.
