Account Manager - Social

About the role

Viola is seeking an Account Manager to lead day‑to‑day client relationships and ensure the smooth delivery of social media campaigns. You will act as the bridge between clients and internal teams, translating needs into actionable strategies and supporting business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily client relationships, providing exceptional service and clear communication.
• Support planning and execution of social media strategies across a diverse brand portfolio.
• Coordinate content plans, campaign timelines, and social media calendars with clients.
• Translate client briefs into social‑first creative briefs for internal teams.
• Collaborate with creative, production, and strategy teams to deliver high‑quality social content on time.
• Oversee end‑to‑end execution of social campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Monitor performance, prepare insightful reports and actionable recommendations.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, objectives, and quality standards.
• Contribute innovative ideas for campaigns, activations, and new business pitches.
• Support budgeting, approvals, and campaign administration to stay within budget.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in mass communication, liberal arts, business administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of advertising experience, including at least 1 year in client servicing.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience within the UAE market.
• Multi‑sector expertise with a strong preference for public‑sector accounts.
• Experience in multinational or regional agency environments is highly desirable.
