Account Manager - Marketing

About the role

Agency Helix, a full-service marketing agency in the UAE focused on digital and social solutions, is hiring a full-time, on-site Account Manager in Abu Dhabi. The Account Manager acts as the main point of contact for key clients, making sure projects are delivered on time, within scope and aligned with client objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client meetings, gather requirements and brief internal creative and digital teams
• Monitor campaign performance and develop account strategies
• Prepare proposals and presentations, manage budgets and identify opportunities to grow client accounts
• Mentor junior team members, coordinate cross-functional collaboration and support continuous improvement of processes and client experience

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Previous experience in a marketing or advertising agency, preferably in a senior account management role
• Preferred: minimum 3-6 years of account management or client servicing experience, marketing agency experience and UAE marketing agency experience
• Eligibility and willingness to work on-site in Abu Dhabi

• Client relationship management, stakeholder communication and account growth
• Campaign planning, marketing strategy development and project coordination
• Managing timelines, budgets and multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment
• Digital and social media platforms, analytics tools and basic performance reporting
• Excellent written and verbal English; Arabic is an advantage
