Account Manager - Partner Success & Sales (Field Sales)

About the role

We are seeking an Account Manager to work directly with used car dealers, understand their business needs, upsell relevant services, and grow mutual revenue. Success will be measured by partner retention, service adoption, and overall business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of partners, ensuring strong relationships and consistent engagement.
• Identify opportunities and pitch financing, insurance, and car evaluation services to existing partners.
• Drive adoption of services that increase penetration and generate commission revenue for partners.
• Understand partner workflows and recommend customized service bundles.
• Monitor partner performance, identify trends, and take proactive steps to optimize outcomes.
• Onboard new partners and train them on platform usage.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, product, and customer support to deliver a smooth partner experience.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary education.
• 2-5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in automotive, fintech, SaaS, or insurance.
• Familiarity with the automotive industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with proven B2B relationship building.
• Excellent verbal communication in English and Arabic.
• Results‑driven mindset comfortable in a target‑oriented role.
