Account Manager – Restaurant Partnerships

About the role

We are looking for an Account Manager to join Careem’s Food team in Dubai. You will own and nurture relationships with restaurant partners, helping them grow and succeed on the Careem platform.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of restaurant partners, ensuring strong relationships and satisfaction.
• Drive partner performance through business reviews, data insights and strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing and Product teams to execute growth initiatives.
• Identify and resolve partner concerns quickly to maintain a high‑quality experience.
• Monitor and analyse partner performance metrics, spotting opportunities for improvement.
• Support onboarding and training of new partners.
• Advocate internally for partner needs and work with relevant teams to improve the platform.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in account management, partner success, business development or a similar role, preferably in tech, e‑commerce or F&B.
• Proven track record of managing external stakeholders and influencing decisions.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
• Problem‑solving attitude with a bias for action and continuous improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics or a related field.
