Account Manager – UAE & Dual Accounts

About the role

Ericsson is seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead its UAE and dual‑region accounts. You will act as the primary liaison between Ericsson and key customers, driving growth across network, cloud, IT and digital transformation solutions while ensuring profitable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own and develop executive‑level customer relationships.
• Identify, qualify and close Core, Cloud, IT and Digital Transformation opportunities.
• Lead end‑to‑end sales engagements from opportunity creation to contract closure.
• Develop strategic account plans aligned with customer objectives and Ericsson’s growth strategy.
• Conduct commercial negotiations, manage risks and ensure profitable business growth.
• Monitor market trends, customer priorities and competitor activity to uncover new opportunities.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and reinforce Ericsson as a trusted strategic partner.
• Support accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management and account governance.

Required profile

• MBA, Master of Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• 10+ years of sales experience in the ICT industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of Networks, BSS/OSS and Managed Services; enterprise solution experience is a plus.
• Proven track record managing complex network and IT projects.
• Commitment to ethics and compliance.
• Front‑line sales experience, preferably with prior UAE exposure.
• Excellent problem‑solving, critical‑thinking and cultural awareness within a global team.
• Leadership and change‑management capabilities.
