Accountant

About the role

Skybridge Events & Conferences is seeking an organised and detail‑oriented Accountant to manage financial operations within the events sector in Dubai. The role supports daily accounting, project budgeting and compliance with UAE tax regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting, accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare quotations together with sales and project teams.
• Issue invoices, follow up payments and perform bank reconciliations.
• Process payroll and employee expenses.
• Track project costs, budgets and profitability.
• Monitor cash flow and produce financial reports.
• Assist with VAT and corporate tax compliance.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Relevant UAE accounting experience, preferably in the events industry.
• Knowledge of UAE VAT and corporate tax requirements.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Proficiency with accounting software.
