About the role
DuBuild is looking for a skilled Accountant to join its finance team in Dubai. The role involves maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports and supporting day‑to‑day accounting activities within the real‑estate and property‑management sector.
Key responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable and perform bank reconciliations.
- Prepare financial statements and ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations.
- Process daily transactions using QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
- Support month‑end and year‑end closing activities and assist with financial reporting.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in the UAE, preferably in real‑estate/property management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Required skills
- Proficiency in QuickBooks.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- In‑depth knowledge of UAE VAT regulations.
