Accountant (Russian-speaking)

About the role

AM.PM, a manufacturer of premium bathroom products, is looking for an accountant based in Dubai. The role covers day-to-day accounting work such as payments and reconciliations, and also includes banking and financial operations with UAE banks. Candidates should speak Russian.

Key responsibilities

• Use the 1C accounting system to process payment requests, prepare payment registers for director approval, reconcile bank statements and record incoming and outgoing invoices for goods and services
• Carry out reconciliations with customers and suppliers
• Maintain and update internal operational and financial tracking files
• Act as an authorized signatory with UAE banks: submit applications, update data and provide ongoing banking support
• Complete and manage banking documentation, including KYC/AML forms, authorized signatory updates, product applications and service activation requests
• Manage the end-to-end process of changing authorized signatories, from corporate documents to bank submission and status follow-up
• Prepare corporate and financial documents on bank request, such as financial statements, incorporation documents, UBO details, proof of address, source of funds and business activity justification
• Work with online banking platforms and manage relationships with several banks at once

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience in finance
• English at B2 level or higher
• Hands-on experience opening and managing corporate bank accounts in the UAE

Required skills

• Proficiency in 1C and Excel
• Russian language
