Accountant – Sharjah

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Accountant to join Al Hayakil Al Handasia Scaffolding Tr. LLC in Sharjah. The role supports daily financial operations, ensures accurate record‑keeping and compliance with UAE accounting standards.

Key responsibilities

• Record and maintain daily accounting transactions, including sales, purchases, expenses, and general ledger entries.
• Perform regular reconciliations of bank accounts, cash, POS transactions, and customer and supplier balances.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, process supplier invoices, monitor rental billings, and follow up on collections.
• Track inventory, company assets, equipment depreciation, rental fleet expenses, and asset movement.
• Prepare periodic financial and management reports highlighting revenue, project costs, and overall profitability.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, Corporate Tax regulations, and standard accounting practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in the scaffolding rental industry.
• Strong analytical thinking, numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Hands‑on experience with accounting software such as KnowledgeManagement, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Tally, and SAP.
