Accounts Executive – UAE National

About the role

The Accounts Executive will support the Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) function within Al‑Futtaim’s finance team in Dubai. You will handle invoice processing, vendor management, month‑end reconciliations and travel & expense claims while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Validate, approve and post foreign trade, local trade and non‑trade invoices.
• Manage invoice exceptions, generate payment files and verify payments.
• Create, modify and maintain vendor master data.
• Perform and review month‑end reconciliations for accounts payable.
• Validate, post and clear staff travel and expense claims, handling exceptions and settlements.
• Operate shared‑service ticketing platform, generate aging reports and support audit activities.
• Participate in service improvement projects and process optimisation.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in finance or accounting functions.
• Knowledge of IFRS, MFRS or other local regulations; audit background preferred.
• Detail‑oriented, reliable and able to work in a multinational environment.
