Adjunct Faculty – Healthcare Modules (3‑Month Contract)

About the role

This is a three‑month, part‑time faculty position delivering four core healthcare modules to undergraduate students in the UAE. The role runs Monday to Thursday, 8:30 am–5:30 pm, and requires the lecturer to be present on campus once a week for each pair of modules.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver lectures, seminars, tutorials and workshops in line with the approved curriculum.
• Design and continuously update lesson plans, learning materials and teaching resources.
• Apply inclusive, student‑centred teaching methodologies.
• Develop, administer and mark formative and summative assessments.
• Provide timely, constructive feedback to students.
• Ensure assessment practices meet academic integrity, fairness and moderation standards.
• Participate in internal and external moderation processes.

Required profile

• PhD in a relevant healthcare discipline (mandatory).
• Demonstrated experience in higher‑education teaching or training.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare systems, administration, policies, ethics, marketing and patient relationship management.
• Ability to work Monday‑Thursday, 8:30 am–5:30 pm UAE time.
