About the role
We are looking for an Admin Executive to join a leading interior fit‑out firm in Dubai. The role involves providing day‑to‑day administrative support, ensuring smooth office operations, and acting as a liaison between the team, clients and vendors.
Key responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the project and management teams.
- Manage office operations, including communications, documentation and scheduling.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers and vendors to facilitate project requirements.
- Handle routine administrative activities such as filing, data entry and record keeping.
Required profile
- Relevant degree or diploma in business administration or a related field.
- 1‑3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within the construction or interior fit‑out sector.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Dependent visa holders are preferred.
Required skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
