About the role
We are looking for a proactive Admin Receptionist and Call Center Agent to join United Al Saqer Group in Abu Dhabi. The role supports multiple departments, handling front‑office duties and inbound customer calls while ensuring smooth administrative operations.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, manage reception area and maintain a professional image.
- Answer, route and log incoming calls using the telephone system and CRM platform.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to schedule meetings, handle correspondence and support daily operations.
- Collect and analyse customer feedback to help improve service processes.
Required profile
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Arabic.
- Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Team‑oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience using CRM systems for call handling and data tracking.
- Familiarity with telephone switchboard operations.
