Administration & Logistics Coordinator

About the role

The Administration & Logistics Coordinator is responsible for overseeing shipping and logistics operations while providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth office and project team functions.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate local and international shipments, liaising with freight forwarders, customs agents, suppliers and transport companies.
• Prepare and manage shipping documentation such as commercial invoices, packing lists, delivery notes and Bills of Lading.
• Track shipments, monitor transportation costs and maintain logistics performance reports.
• Handle import/export activities, customs clearance processes and maintain shipment records.
• Manage office administration, document filing, travel arrangements, vendor coordination and support HR onboarding documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field.
• 8‑10 years of experience in shipping, logistics coordination and administration, preferably with knowledge of UAE customs procedures.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
