About the role
We are looking for a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations at our Dubai branch. The role involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and helping maintain a productive logistics environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide administrative and clerical support to various departments.
- Manage filing, document preparation, and record‑keeping activities.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and office correspondence professionally.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and office documents.
- Coordinate office supplies and ensure smooth office operations.
- Maintain accurate records and update company databases.
- Support management with daily administrative requirements while ensuring confidentiality of company documents.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in administrative or office support roles.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time‑management abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Professional attitude and problem‑solving skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
