About the role
We are looking for a proactive Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive office support and ensure smooth daily operations. The successful candidate will manage documentation, coordinate meetings, and serve as a reliable point of contact for internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Handle daily administrative and office support activities, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
- Manage documents, filing systems, records, and correspondence with attention to detail.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, travel arrangements, and appointments for staff.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other administrative documentation as required.
- Support internal teams by facilitating communication and coordination across departments.
- Maintain office supplies and liaise with vendors or service providers to ensure availability.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner.
- Assist in data entry, reporting, and maintaining various trackers.
- Ensure proper record keeping and uphold confidentiality of sensitive information.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
- 1–4 years of administrative or office support experience; UAE/GCC experience preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
