About the role
We are seeking a highly organized Administrative Assistant to support our team in the UAE. The role involves managing daily secretarial tasks, handling bilingual correspondence, and providing comprehensive support to senior management.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative and secretarial operations.
- Prepare and handle correspondence in both Arabic and English.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and management schedules.
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation systematically.
- Prepare reports, letters, presentations, and official documents.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Ensure proper document control and filing procedures.
- Provide administrative support to senior management.
- Manage and update CRM systems, client records, and lead databases efficiently.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant.
- Previous experience in the Real Estate Development industry (mandatory).
- Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
- Strong Arabic writing and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
