About the role
We are looking for a professional Administrative Receptionist to be the first point of contact for patients and visitors at our leading neurology, psychiatry and psychology centre in Dubai. The role combines front‑desk duties with administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations in a fast‑paced healthcare environment.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients and visitors with compassion and professionalism.
- Manage patient registration, appointment coordination and the patient journey.
- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, emails and schedule appointments.
- Maintain accurate patient information in the system and provide service information.
- Keep reception and waiting areas organized and presentable.
- Process documentation, patient records, forms and reports.
- Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to support patient flow.
- Address patient inquiries, escalate issues when needed and ensure confidentiality.
- Support additional administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
Required profile
- Previous experience in receptionist, front‑desk or customer‑service roles, preferably in healthcare.
- Excellent spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.
- Professional demeanor with strong customer‑service orientation.
- Highly organized, able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Attention to detail, accuracy and commitment to confidentiality.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with scheduling systems and administrative software.
